Colorado Mountain Wedding Transportation: Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen & Estes Park
Mountain weddings are unforgettable, and they come with mountain logistics: steep roads, limited parking, guests who are not used to altitude, and weather that can change fast.

Why shuttles matter more in the mountains
Many mountain venues have limited parking, gravel roads or a long walk from the lot. Guests from sea level may feel the altitude, and nobody should be driving a mountain road after the reception. A shuttle from the hotel solves all of that at once.
Plan for weather and daylight
Mountain weather changes fast, even in summer. Afternoon storms are common, and roads can be slick in spring and fall. Give yourself extra time between the ceremony and the reception and plan the last shuttle before guests are tired.

Out-of-state guests often fly into DIA. A coach or Sprinter from the airport to the mountain hotel keeps everyone together and avoids rental-car pileups at the venue. Read the DIA car service guide for timing tips.
Every trip is quoted as a FREE custom estimate based on the vehicle, date, hours and route. Most bookings have a 4-hour minimum; prom, homecoming and high-season weekends have a 6-hour minimum.
