Denver Wedding Transportation Guide: Limos, Party Buses & Guest Shuttles

Your wedding day runs on a tight timeline. The right transportation keeps the bridal party together, gets guests to the reception safely and gives you a getaway worth remembering.

Quick facts

  • BookAs early as you can for spring, summer and fall Saturdays
  • Popular choicesStretch limo for the couple, party bus for the bridal party, shuttle for guests
  • MinimumMost weddings book 4-6 hours or more; peak weekends have a 6-hour minimum
  • CoverageDenver metro, Boulder, Golden, the foothills and mountain venues

How many vehicles do you need?

Count the people who need to ride together at each step of the day, not your total guest count. A typical Denver wedding uses:

  • Getting-ready rides: a stretch limo or Sprinter for the wedding party.
  • Ceremony to photos to reception: a party bus keeps 20-40 people together and makes the photo stops part of the fun.
  • Guest shuttle: a coach or mini bus between the hotel block and the venue, so nobody drives after the toast.
  • Grand exit: a classic stretch limo or black SUV for the couple.

Build your timeline backwards

Start from the ceremony time and work back: photos, travel time, buffer for traffic, and the getting-ready location. Denver traffic on I-25 and I-70 can be heavy on Saturday afternoons, so we always add a buffer. Share your timeline with us and we will check it against real drive times.
